What are the Official Rules for the Win Canada Soccer Merchandise Contest?
The full Official Rules can be found here. Here is a short overview of the rules:
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Subject to Official Rules at www.GeneralMillsandCanadaSoccer.ca. Contest open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority at the time of entry. Contest starts Monday, April 6, 2026 and ends on Friday, July 31, 2026. One chance to win per receipt. Receipt validation and skill testing question is required to win. Participating Products are subject to availability. There are three (3) Grand Prizes and two thousand-five hundred (2500) Instant Win Daily Prize Packs to be won, approximate retail value of all Prizes is $304,420.00 CDN. Odds of winning depend on number and timing of entries received. Limit of eight (8) total daily prizes and one (1) Grand Prize per person or household.

How do I enter for a chance to Win Daily Prize Packs and the Grand Prize Draw?
There is two ways to enter:
- To enter into the contest you will need to buy at least one (1) participating product listed below, snap a photo of the receipt, and upload to www.GeneralMillsandCanadaSoccer.ca by Friday, July 31, 2026. If you are an Instant Daily Prize Pack winner you will be notified immediately after game play. Before you can be declared an Instant Daily Prize Pack winner, your submission will be reviewed and validated to make sure it is the only time the receipt has been used and it contains the participating product purchased during the Offer Period. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing your receipt submission. Once your submission has been approved, an email will be sent to the email address supplied confirming your entry into the contest and confirming you are Instant Daily Prize Pack winner and also confirming your entry for the Grand Prize Draw. Only one (1) entry per valid receipt permitted regardless of number of participating products on that single receipt.
- For a chance to win without purchase, you need to write a unique 50-word essay on why you enjoy General Mills Canada products, hand print your name and complete mailing address, e-mail address, phone number, birth date and the answer to this skill testing question on an 8.5" x 11" piece of paper (mechanical reproductions void): (28 + 65) – (8 x 9) = (answer without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise). Mail the Essay to the address indicated in the Official Rules. The essay must be received by Friday, July 24, 2026 to be eligible to win daily prizes and must be received by July 31, 2026 in order to be eligible to enter Grand Prize draw. The Contest Administrator will enter the contest on your behalf with the e-mail address you provided. An e-mail will be sent to that e-mail address notifying you if you have won a prize pending verification and correctly answering the skill-testing question. If the e-mail address provided is not valid or is unreadable then your entry will be void and you will not be notified.
What are the Instant Daily Prize Packs and how many are there?
There are a total of two thousand-five hundred (2,500) instant win daily prize packs to be won. All daily prize packs consist of one (1) of the following Canada Soccer Prize items below, one (1) General Mills branded water bottle and one (1) General Mills Products Group:

How do I get one set of the General Mills product group coupons?
To get one set of General Mills product group coupons you will need to buy at least one (1) participating product listed below, snap a photo of the receipt, and upload to www.GeneralMillsandCanadaSoccer.ca by Friday, July 31, 2026. How many General Mills product group coupons are available?
There are thirty thousand (30,000) sets of Product Group Coupons available. Each set consists of one (1) Cheerios coupon (for a box of Honey Nut Cheerios Lower Sugar 416g OR Confetti Cheerios 311g or Reese’s Puffs Dark Chocolate 326g) and one (1) Nature Valley coupon (for any box of Nature Valley up to 210g) and one (1) Old El Paso coupon (for a box of Old El Paso Bold & Soft Nacho Cheese Kit 357g OR Spicy Jalapeno Cheddar Flavoured Shells 153g). The first thirty thousand (30,000) uploaded and validated receipts from a store in Canada received will be fulfilled. Limited time offer. While supplies last.

Will I get more than one entry into the Contest or General Mills product group coupons if I buy multiple participating products on one receipt?
Only one (1) entry into the Contest and one (1) set of General Mills product group coupons per validated receipt permitted regardless of number of participating products on that single receipt.
Is there a limit to how many entries into the Contest or sets of General Mills product group coupons I can get during the Offer period?
There is no limit to the amount of entries into the contest or sets of General Mills product group coupons you can get during the specific offer period. The promotional website opens Monday, April 6, 2026 and closes on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET or while supplies last for the General Mills product group coupons.
Is there a limit to how many Instant Daily Prize Packs or Grand Prizes I can win?
Yes, there is a limit of eight (8) instant win daily prizes and one (1) Grand Prize per person or household and doesn’t matter if you entered online or by mail.
If I win a Instant Daily Prize Pack, when can I expect to receive it?
Please allow up to 72 hours for processing your receipt submission. Once your receipt is approved, you will receive a confirmation email describing what Daily Prize Pack you have won. Please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery from time of winning.
What if I’m having problems uploading my receipt, or getting my General Mills product group coupons or if I won, getting my Instant Daily Prize Pack?
